A. RETURNS OF PRODUCTS DUE TO WRONG DELIVERY

  • In any case that products that are shipped are different from the ones ordered, products missing etc., and the customer contacts us @ contact@ckaction.com or by phone at +30 2321 035850, then the customer will send the order back to us so we can check and find the error.
  • Returns for replacement of products have to be accompanied by every document that was originally shipped with the product (receipts etc) and the complete package of the product in the space of 14 days after delivery.
  • Products have to be in excellent condition in their original package and have all the labels on them. There cannot be refunds on products that have been used or modified in any way. In such case the products are refunded and so is the cost of reshipping the order.

B. RETURNS OF FAULTY PRODUCTS

In the case that a product of your order is a construction defect, after it is confirmed from the company that provides the warrant then the following apply:

  • Returns for replacement of products have to be accompanied by every document that was originally shipped with the product (receipts etc) and the complete package of the product in the space of 14 days after delivery.
  • Products have to be in excellent condition in their original package and have all the labels on them. There cannot be refunds on products that have been used or modified in any way.
  • Returns of the products will go through either by courier or personal means. In this case the cost of returning the products to us is burdened by the product company.
  • After returning the products we thorough check the faults that are stated by the customer and then we contact him to inform him about the results of the check. If the faults are confirmed we will replace the product or cancel the transaction if replacing is not possible in due time. After cancelling the transaction, the money is sent back to the customer with the same way that the original payment went through.
  • Particularly, if payment went through with a credit card we have to contact the customer’s bank to cancel the transaction and the bank will take the necessary steps to refund the money back to the customer. VK ACTION has no responsibility for the time it takes to refund, that is controlled by the bank and the terms of the contract with the customer. If the customer paid with cash on the VK ACTION shop then refund will happen again on the VK ACTION shop. If the customer paid by deposit then VK ACTION will refund the money back to the customer the same way.
  • In case where the products are returned damaged, modified or missing parts, VK ACTION has the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which is determined by VK ACTION after evaluating the state of the product.

C. PRODUCTS’ RETURNS THAT ARE CONSIDERED DEAD ON ARRIVE / DOA

Returns of products that are considered dead on arrival (DOA) will be accepted in the space of 7 days after delivery and after contact has transpired through email @ contact@vkaction.com or by phone at +30 23210 35850. In the meantime, the product must not be damaged or modified by any way, be accompanied by all the essential documents (receipts etc.) and be placed in it’s original package. In such cases the following apply:

  • The product is delivered back to us and checked thoroughly for the faults stated by the customer.
  • Provided that the products are delivered and checked by VK ACTION, they will be replaced by the same product, unopened or a similar one in the same price range. If the customer does not desire replacement then they money will refunded to the customer with the same way that the original payment went through.
  • Particularly, if payment went through with a credit card we have to contact the customer’s bank to cancel the transaction and the bank will take the necessary steps to refund the money back to the customer. VK ACTION has no responsibility for the time it takes to refund, that is controlled by the bank and the terms of the contract with the customer. If the customer paid with cash on the VK ACTION shop then refund will happen again on the VK ACTION shop. If the customer paid by deposit then VK ACTION will refund the money back to the customer the same way.
  • Shipping costs for returning the DOA products to VK ACTION and shipping again the new products back to customer is burdened by VK ACTION.
  • In case where the products are returned damaged, modified or missing parts, VK ACTION has the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which is determined by VK ACTION after evaluating the state of the product.

D. RETURN OF NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS - RIGHT OF UNREASONABLE WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CUSTOMER

The customer has the right to withdraw the order in 14 days since delivery and after contacting us @ contact@vkaction.com or by phone at +30 23210 35850. Withdrawal goes through under the following conditions:

  • A withdrawal can be unreasonable and without any added costs if the product is already delivered the customer is obliged to return it in the exact condition they received it, with every part included, accompanied by the documents it originally came with and the package intact. Returning of the product is accepted once the customer has covered the fees that it cost to ship it to them and back to VK ACTION.
  • Statement of withdrawal has to be documented and VK ACTION is obliged to confirm that it received the statement.
  • After the statement of withdrawal, VK ACTION is obliged to refund the cost of the order in 14 days since delivery.
  • Refunding the customer will go through in the same way that the original payment went. Particularly, in the case of paying with a credit card, VK ACTION must inform the bank for the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will then take every step necessary according to the contract they have with the customer to refund them. VK ACTION then has no control or responsibility on the time it takes for the refund to go through. If the customer paid with cash on the VK ACTION shop then refund will happen again on the VK ACTION shop. If the customer paid by deposit then VK ACTION will refund the money back to the customer the same way.
  • The customer is obliged to compensate for any damage or wear that the product went through until they withdrew. In case they opened the package of the product or used it then the value of the product automatically decreases because the product is classified as used. The customer then is obliged to compensate VK ACTION for the reduction in the value of the product. The reduction in the value due to opening the package and classifying it as used is examined on a case-by-case basis, is determined by VK ACTION and is usually around 30-60%. VK ACTION has the right to agree terms of compensation with the customer even with a mutual offset.
  • In case that the products are returned damaged or any parts are missing VK ACTION has the right to demand for compensation from the customer, the amount of which is determined by the state of the products.
